Hey Traer! I could use your help…
I’m preaching this Sunday on Building a Longer Table,” or making sure that *everyone*—regardless of race, gender, orientation, status, etc—feels welcome and wanted at Ripley. i want to use actual feedback from the community.
So—if you are part of Ripley, why do you keep coming? If you are not part of Ripley, what keeps you from attending? Are there barriers we don’t see that we need to address?
Know that all of you are welcome at Ripley!
